Nueva vida para mi bonsai gracias al ganchillo ✿ A new life for my bonsai thanks to crochet

El verano se nos va y, aunque este otoño empieza con bastante calor, las hojas van cayendo de los árboles.  Pero mi bonsai no esperó al otoño... hace ya algunos meses que murió sin que yo pudiese hacer nada por él. ☹  El caso es que nunca tuve corazón para tirar el hermoso tronco seco y un día me topé con una maravillosa madeja de hilo Anchor Freccia multicolor en una gama de verdes-amarillos-marrones y así surgió la idea para mi primer proyecto ganchilleril de este otoño: darle nueva vida a mi bonsai.

Summer is leaving us and, although this autumn begins with high temperatures, the leaves are already falling from the trees. But my bonsai didn't wait 'till fall ... a few months ago it died before I could do anything to save it. ☹  I never had the heart to throw away the beautiful dry stem and one day I came across a wonderful skein of multicolor Anchor Freccia  in a range of green-yellow-brown and suddenly the idea for my first crochet project of the season came to me: giving my bonsai a new life

Como se ve el pobre se quedó seco-seco pero ahí estaba yo tejiendo hojitas como una loca para repoblar sus ramitas.

As you see the poor thingy was dry-dry, but there I was crocheting leaves like crazy to repopulate its little branches.

Tejí las hojas de diferentes tamaños y les dejé un trozo generoso de hilo al final para poder amarrarlas cómodamente a las ramas.

I crocheted leaves of different sizes and left a generous piece of thread at the end to tie them to the branches comfortably.

Poco a poco fui enrollando y atando las hojitas en cada rama...

Carefully I tangled and tied the leaves to each branch...

Y tras cortar todos los hilos sobrantes, éste fue el resultado: ¡TA-DAAA! ☺

And after cutting all excess threads, this was the result: TA-DAAH! ☺

Ahora tendré mi  hermoso bonsai otoñal (mi estación favorita) para disfrutar todo el año ♥

Now I'll have my beautiful autumn bonsai (my favorite season) to enjoy throughout the year ♥
